@fabulousprofound in Vietnam for VFe34 model, if battery charge acceptance (degradation) less than 70%, Vinfast will replace for customer new battery, that mean customer not need to care about battery life. you just pay battery rental fee monthly or yearly, vinfast will take care your battery.

@Le Hoang Hiep thanks for answering back. I actually messaged Vinfast themselves and didn’t get this level of response from them. Most of the information I could dredge up online was Mostly in Vietnamese…. Can you tell me what the rental costs are for the battery currently?
@fabulousprofound There is currently no official battery rental price in other countries but in Vietnam you can rent batteries for between 6.57-15.43 dollar depending on your vehicle, the number of batteries you want to rent, you choose economy package or standard package. The standard package will cost more than the economy package, with the standard package you can go unlimited, while with the economy package you can only go 300km / 1 month. I’m also not very familiar with cars, so if there’s something wrong, please forgive me, consider it as something for reference and wait until Vinfast officially announces it.
