Interesting fact: When the transformation was done, and when Peggy carter goes forward to touch Steve Rogers, that scene wasn’t scripted. The actress just couldn’t help herself
@David Baines the dynamic of her touching him when they are acting in a scene that is about his super body makes it fine, it demonstrated the sexual tension, the character was Roger’s love interest, and actors go off script, it happens. The directors felt it added to the scene so they kept it in the film. If she were some stranger on the street, yeah it would be inappropriate.

What makes Steve Rogers acknowledged as Captain America was not just the serum. It was his heart. If someone like Vision, who has one of the Infinity Stone glad to see someone like Steve Rogers, then he has that much of an impact. Despite the fact that the only power he has, is only being a super human. He can’t fly like Tony, has no all powerful hammer like Thor, his strength can’t be compared to Hulk. The only thing he has is a shield, his body, mind and heart and yet he never stops.
